    • Abstract:
The article discusses the study on the influence of group interaction on the individual's decision to take a risk regardless of the possibility of failure in his pursuit of his goals. In a case where there is a group consensus in arriving a series of decision, there is also the minimization of individual losses or the minimization of the maximum individual concession. The study reveals that motivators toward compromise and grant are focused strongly on group members who have the most pervert idea from the central views. The group decision will probably be inclined to an increased conservatism in relation to the average of the prior individual decisions.
