      The article states that the First American Corp. has undergone a transformation from an insurance company to an entity that renders business information services in the United States. The company consolidated its operations and standardized its information technology processes with information technological integration line. It created global centers for functional and performance automation testing based on Mercury Quality Center and Mercury Availability Center software. It also installed Mercury Business Availability Center to supervise the business or certain automation, and to resolve issues before they affect customers.
