- Abstract:
The article presents author's views on eradicating diseases like tuberculosis, malaria and AIDS with the help of international cooperation and optimum utilization of available resources. He says that the goal can be realized today which is also the need of the hour as 5,000 people are dying of tuberculosis every day and 1 million are dying of malaria every year. Various efforts and funding like that of Group of Eight countries and other global organizations to realize the goal are also cited.
