      The article discusses the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS), a learning and benchmarking collaborative by the National Center for Healthcare Leadership in the U.S. The unique structure of LENS provides a forum for senior healthcare executives to co-design results-based leadership development programs, share best practices, work together on problem solving, benchmark leadership and organizational performance and participate in research and demonstration initiatives.
