    • Abstract:
The article reports on the request of two consumer-protection groups for the investigation of FastMP3Search.com.ar Web site at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the U.S. John Palfrey, a Harvard Law School professor, said the Web site disables the Windows Firewall, installs adware and Trojan horse programs, and generally hobbles a user's personal computer. Furthermore, the groups are asking the FTC to take a look at the application which they consider to be the worst of the bad applications that they have seen.
