  The article relates the author's experience in traveling to Washington D.C. He had a difficult time finding a parking near the Department of Health, Education and Welfare Building. He noticed that a lot of time is spent in the city traveling from one place to another in taxis. He also attended a meeting of the Woman's National Democratic Club.
