The article focuses on the policy of the U.S. in making situation stable in Iraq. U.S. President George W. Bush should make clear that the U.S. will not keep its bases permanent in Iraq. Iraqis feels that security and nation building is possible in Iraq. U.S. should provide safety and basic services to the Iraqis to make their life stable.
