Chapter 4: Collection Development Strategies for Online Aggregated Databases.

A variety of approaches have been used by these institutions when it comes to implementing collection development policies. The University of Notre Dame and Dartmouth College do not have a policy for electronic materials while Columbia University and Boston Public Library list criteria for electronic format.
