    • Abstract:
The article reports on the revitalization of the beautiful Mexican colonial city Guanajuato, ruined during the 18th century. The city was known for its richness across the world, where for two centuries, about 40% of the world's silver was mined. After being declared as a Unesco World Heritage Site, Guanajuato has been receiving public and private aids for its restoration. Local government, civic leaders, professors and administrators are trying hard to revive the glory of Guanajuato city.
