- Abstract:
The article looks at the controversies surrounding the court trial of Vienna, Austria-based Jewish emigration office head Adolf Eichmann in Jerusalem concerning his involvement in the Jewish extermination. The defense counsel of Eichmann failed to support his arguments regarding his good relations with the Zionists. The court held that he was sent on an espionage mission. The Führer Order to exterminate Jews originated in the office of German chancellor Adolf Hitler.
