The article presents the results of the poll survey in Great Britain which seeks to answer the question about the peoples' concern about the proposed Corporate Manslaughter Bill, which will hold organizations responsible when someone dies through a breach of duty of care. 29 percent of the respondents gave a negative response while another 29 percent are looking forward to the new legislation.
