    • Abstract:
The article discusses the importance of biodiversity in tobacco industry. Poor ecosystem has the potential to undermine the quality of tobacco products grown since it has considerable dependency in land. High quality products are manufactured from good quality soils, available waters, access to insect pollinators and wood-sufficiency. Pressures on biodiversity is increasing as level of consumption and population increase. Biodiversity or habitat management and species protection are the most appealing and attractive aspect of environmental management and employees motivation.
