      The article compares the data protection software developed by the Microsoft Corp. and the Apple Computer Inc. in the U.S. Microsoft's data protection software is found to have several disadvantages including the capability of the employees to hide files from their bosses, the difficulties in dealing with the forgotten passwords, and the capability of the employees to encrypt the important files of the company. While the data protection software developed by Apple has fewer complaints on its usage and is designed to centralize information technology management of the business enterprises.
