The article presents an interview with Avi Rubin, professor of computer science at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland on the electronic voting security issue. When asked about what are electronic poll books, he said that they are like a laptop with a smart card and a soft keyboard on the screen where users can touch the letters. He also identifies problems with regards to the e-voting during the 2006 primary in the state.
