      The article presents information on a new type of star in the galaxy that would be powered by dark matter. Igor Moskalenko of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California calls these stars dark-matter burners. He also said that these stars would look highly unusual and give more light than expected from their mass. According to one of the dark matter theory, it is made of weakly interacting massive particles.
