      The article presents a study on the secondary complications of prostate cancer after a therapeutic intervention. It was hypothesized that after local therapy of cancer cells in prostate gland, recurrence and metastasis of cancer cells will likely happen. The mechanism is related to the property of the tumor cells to act as mediator for an imbalance osteoclastic and osteoblastic activities of bone cells.
