      The article deals with the judgment of the Supreme Court of France in the litigation between Cogema and the organization Greenpeace concerning the Australian spent fuel from the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). Greenpeace demanded that storage of spent fuel imported from a research reactor operated by ANSTO pursuant to the terms of a contact with Cogema for its reprocessing should be ended.
