  The article reports that copyright legislation in the United States appears to have little chance for final Congressional approval. According to Senator John L. McClellan, the rapid development of technology requires further study of the need for possible modifications in the existing copyright law. The issue of computers is largely blamed for the delay in the passage of the law.
