- Abstract:
The article focuses on the efforts of the women in development and gender and development gendered participatory approaches. It has been known that project planners are seeking ways to incorporate women’s knowledge and labor into development projects. Most development projects, like those group of people in poor countries undertake some kind of major infrastructural work. These include road building, small-scale economic activities, building and organizing schools or income generation programs. The author had steered analysis away from logistical and functional questions about problems with these participatory approaches.
