- Abstract:
The article focuses on the significant changes in school administration in the U.S. The Cooperative Program in Educational Administration (CPEA) was the stimulus for the recent changes in school administration during 1950. The CPEA was then carried through the University Council for Educational Administration that assists pre-service and in-service education, will conduct and spread the research results. Also, the author discusses the conference on educational theory.
