      The author reflects on his letter regarding boycotting the Soviet Union in relation to the arrest of Yuri Orlov. His letter were particularly sent to all physicists of the United States National Academy of Sciences. Through his letter, he suggested that the American scientists demand admission of their representatives to the trial of Yuri Orlov. He further suggested that the scientists boycott cooperation with the Soviet Union if they refuse their requests.
