      The article focuses on arthritis and how to deal with it. Arthritis is a broad term for more than 100 medical conditions of which the most common is osteoarthritis (OA). OA usually occurs among older adults and is characterized by a continuous loss of the joints' protective cartilage thus limit a person's ability to use the joint. The main causes for this are previous joint injuries, overweight, infections such as Lyme disease and autoimmune disease such as lupus.
