      The article provides information on the tourist attractions in Peru. The country has 60 natural protected areas including Sierra del Divisor and Gocta falls. In addition, the Caral ruins, an ancient archaeological site located in Supe valley, is now open to visitors. Peruvian authorities are hoping that the National Cultural Institute will declare Caral a National Heritage Site.
