      The article reports that Iraq's Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has asked Muslims to protect Canada and respect its laws. Vice-chairman Faisal Kutty, of the Canadian Council on American-Islamic Relations says he hopes the call helps and that it should be eye-opening for people to realize that some of the most conservative Islamic scholars recognize that Canada is a good place to practice Islam.
