The article focuses on the educational system of Russian schools which helps in molding people's impression on the economic and political conditions of the country. Educational institutions and their instructional system have corresponding effects on disposition and attitude. These schools should create habits so that persons will act cooperatively and collectively as readily as in the capitalist countries. Moreover, educational reform will help people and politicians worked together.
