      The article cites a study on the leadership behavior of men and women. According to the Management Research Group, men and women lead in a different way but, both of their styles are equally effective. Women were more task and centralized to the results. They exert more energy, strength, and emotion on their job. Men use the strategic approach. They show restrain in their style and a kind of social behavior.
