The article focuses on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) new Web course, designed primarily for environmental and public health professionals, contains information on mold prevention and remediation. The course provides on overview of the U.S. EPA guidance on mold prevention and mold remediation/cleanup. It covers basic issues related to moisture and mold control and is illustrated with photographs showing moisture and mold situations in the field. Some organizations, however, may choose to offer continuing education credits for completion of the course.
