      This article reports that Horsburgh & Scott Co., an industrial gear manufacturer, is investing in upgraded equipment. The firm is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Raymond T. Albertini, the company's majority owner, president and CEO, said that since the ownership change late last year, the firm has increased sales and invested in new and refurbished manufacturing equipment. Horsburgh & Scott will invest $2 million in new machinery this year, including the addition of a new computer-controlled gear grinder that will replace four existing machines.
