    • Abstract:
The article provides information on how to manage pseudoaneurysm (PS) after cardiac catheterization (CC). PS is an infrequent but significant vascular complication of diagnostic and interventional CC and can cause significant blood loss or event death if not treated in time. Signs and symptoms include the enlargement of groin hematoma, groin pain, and groin swelling. The therapeutic approaches for PS are the ultrasound-guided thrombin injection and ultrasound-guided compression repair.
