The article focuses on the development ages and stages of a child's knowledge on the concept of time. Three- and 4-year-olds gain a clearer understanding of temporal ideas by having lot of meaningful experiences with time in a personal sense. The time concepts of before and after are usually understood by preschoolers. Several activities are presented to help them understand the concept of time.
