    • Abstract:
The article looks into the philosophical aspects in the development of wise thinking and elegant speaking in the perspectives of German philosopher Immanuel Kant. Kant wrote to Emperor Friedrich Wilhelm II regarding the manifold persuasive techniques and aesthetic norms for producing speech and action that can infiltrate social order with dissent and self-assertion. The author assesses the so-called theo-politics of Kant.
