      The article focuses on a study concluding that genetically modified food does serious harm to unborn rats. The study was conducted by Doctor Irina Emakova at the Russian Academy of Sciences. The study is expected to have an explosive effect on already hostile public opinion about genetically modified food. The World Trade Organization is supporting the United States' request to force European countries to accept genetically modified foods.
