Rainforests Around the World.

The article presents information about rainforests. Rainforests develop when water from the oceans evaporates and then precipitates as rain on the trees in a woodland area. It is said that the rainforest has such economic potential and it would be more profitable to harvest its fruits, vegetables, and medicinal plants than to destroy it for timber. Several kinds of trees and classes of more advanced plants can be found in rainforest. Almost 50 percent of the medical compounds used on a daily basis are derived from plants prevalent to the tropical rainforests.
