      The article presents an interview with television broadcasting executives Dawn Ostroff and John Maatta. Ostroff and Maatta have been the busiest executives in broadcasting since CBS Broadcasting Inc. and Warner Bros. Inc. announced that UPN and Warner Bros. Network would join forces as a new network, the CW, to debut in the fall. According to Maatta, it has been a great month. It's been an opportunity to deal with the smartest people at CBS Broadcasting Inc. and Warner Bros., where there's no shortage of smart people. It's just been intellectually stimulating and a really enjoyable process.
