      The article reports on Rui Amendoeira, the new managing partner of Lisbon, Portugal-based law firm Miranda Correia Amendoeira & Associados. Amendoeira has been acting as an associate for 15 years and was responsible for controlling the number of practice groups, the present of which are oil and gas and natural resources. He is replacing founding partner Agostinho Pereira de Miranda. Miranda commented on Amendoeira's appointment as practically an award as an act of justice.
