      The article presents the author's response to the comment of his article about how to make manufacturers' representatives more valuable to the business which was published in the December 2005 issue of the journal "Supply House Times." The author indicated that his article was directed toward showroom and is also applicable to the wholesale side of the business. By identifying the weaker areas, vendors are able to try to improve industrial relations.
