      The article profiles women executives who are having a great influence on the whole world through their works. Elaine Bernard is a Canadian political labor activist, who has been the executive director of the Labor and Worklife Program at Harvard Law School, an organization that provides education for labor leaders and activists throughout the world. Shelagh Day is a director of the Poverty and Human Rights Centre, whose central goal is to strengthen the human rights of the poorest women. Shahina Siddiqui immigrated to Canada in 1996 from Pakistan and settled in Winnipeg with her family. Her training programs in Islamic social work and spiritual counseling are pioneer works and very popular in North America.
