- Abstract:
This article looks at Citigroup CEO Chuck Prince and his managerial style. Prince, a corporate lawyer, is new to management and admits to being inexperienced and describes himself as a doer. Prince has surrounded himself with experienced executives in Robert Rubin and Lewis Kaden. His style is markedly different than his colorful and loquacious predecessor Sandy Weill. Some investors are concerned with the performance of Citigroup's stock and its growth and suggest that Prince might benefit from Weill's leadership style. INSETS: Chucking It All;Crunching Numbers.
