The article discusses the social problems faced by single women in the U.S. who in their thirties. Women are sad because of the men who ruin in their lives. Books like "Bridget Jones's Diary" and "The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing" are publishing genre addressing the fears and hopes of urban, unmarried thirty something women. It is said that when women reaches 45 their chances of getting married would be smaller than chances of getting killed in a terrorist attack. Women are supposed to be tough, interested in their careers, culural events and getting money.
