Contributions and Status Rankings of Educational Planning Committee Participants.

The article focuses on a study that determines which roles contribute to the decisions reached, and the rank order of the teaching personnel in terms of their importance to the educational planning committee process. The study was conducted in medium-sized school districts in Michigan. The participants completed a questionnaire about their perception of the planning process. The correlations of the roles were ranked to determine the significance of their contributions.
