- Abstract:
The article presents the story of the railroaders who plow the snows over the railroads of the Cascade Range in Oregon. These railroaders keep the roads open for trains and work 7 days a week regardless of weather conditions. According to one of the railroaders, Louie Sinnar, in having an operation in a railroad during winter, the rotary needs to be operated in such a way that the speed would be enough to do the plowing.
