The article presents the second part of the article "The Mysterious doings of CIA," by Richard Harkness and Gladys Harkness. It discusses the underground war in Russia and how the Central Intelligence Agency agents penetrated inside the communist country. According to the author, the first civilian CIA director had made the agency communist proof as many communist groups such as the Reds in Russia are constantly probing for avenues of infiltration. He added that agents are carefully selected.
