      This article focuses on the results of a Forrester Research survey which found that four out of five doctors in the U.S. say technology makes life easier, as of December 2005. Although consumers as a whole are evenly divided between technology optimists and pessimists, among doctors there are four optimists for every pessimist. And more than 70 percent of doctors said they think electronic medical records systems will aid them provide between patient care and run more efficient practices. The survey also found that doctors use information technology systems constantly.
