      The article discusses the Tibetan perspective on physical fitness and medicine. Based on their belief on the harmony of nature's organism, circumstances such as diet, lifestyle, mental upsets and seasonal conditions can disturb the balance. According to Isaac Eliaz, doctor of Chinese medicine and acupuncture who incorporated Tibetan philosophy into his practice, the sun and moon represent the concept of time and rhythm. Information on the Tibetan yoga practiced within Buddhism is included.
