- Abstract:
The article reports on new DNA evidence in a murder case that may show three confessed prisoners to be innocent. Danial Williams, Joseph Dick Jr., Derek Tice, and Omar Ballard all confessed to the rape and murder of Michelle Moore-Bosko in 1997. DNA evidence shows that only Ballard is definitely linked to the crime scene. Dick, Tice and Williams are now asking for clemency from outgoing Virginia Governor Mark Warner.
