The article focuses on components of good leadership according to the Campbell Organization Survey. The survey is about job satisfaction, but also specifically oriented toward leadership and creativity. In all, employees feel satisfied and proud of their corporate leaders when the latter: (a) display a purposeful sense of direction; (b) provides appraisal and communication system that tell employees of their performance; and (c) grant employees a feeling of control over one's own work space.
