    • Abstract:
The article provides information on a 14-year study which examined the link between physical activity and joint and muscle pain, conducted by researchers from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. The findings of the study reveal that seniors with the highest level of physical activity such as running and exercise, experience less joint and muscle pain that their sedentary peers. The study was published in a 2005 issue of Arthritis Research and Therapy.
