Learning Gain from Face-to-Face Workshop Over Self-Instructional Material: A Study.

The present paper empirically validates the assumption that face-to-face workshop does enhance teaming gain of distance teacher trainees over their learning from self-learning materials, in a study conducted with a sample of 74 in-service teacher trainees of IGNOU.
