    • Abstract:
The present paper empirically validates the assumption that face-to-face workshop does enhance teaming gain of distance teacher trainees over their learning from self-learning materials, in a study conducted with a sample of 74 in-service teacher trainees of IGNOU. The results of the study indicated that workshop inputs significantly enhanced the learning gain of the participants. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
