- Abstract:
The article reports on the increase of comparativism in cases overseen by the U.S. Supreme Court. Comparativism can be defined as using foreign legal rulings to help interpret the U.S. Constitution. Article topics include the death sentence conviction of Thomas Knight, the opinions of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, the European Court of Human Rights, and the legal court systems of South Africa and India.
