      The article reports that accountant Andrew Miller, who audited the Roslyn, New York, school district's books has been charged in connection with the alleged theft of more than $11 million from the district. Miller pleaded not guilty to the charges and is scheduled to appear in court in September 2005. He was a partner in the firm Miller Lilly & Pearce and is the fourth person to be charged in connection with the alleged thefts. The district's former superintendent, former assistant superintendent, and a former account clerk are all awaiting trial in the case.
